Even so, more often than not I find myself starting a project on the computer, bringing an idea to life on my computer, and finishing a project on the computer. This amounts to a whole lot of digital and not a lot of tangible.

You know you’re Dutch when you have a pair of wooden shoes, you know that Gouda is the best cheese ever, you have cousins who wear size 14 shoes and are over 6'4", and you have an illustration of a windmill on at least one surface in your house (extra points if it’s in Delft blue). The most prominent indicator that you’re Dutch…everything is Do-It-Yourself - it's cheaper than hiring someone!

HOW live was it?

A few weeks ago I had the awesome opportunity to take in the HOWlive Conference in Chicago, along with Lisa Feehan, our Art Director. For those who might not know what HOWlive is, it's probably the biggest and badassed graphic design, web design, and marketing conference in North America...dare I say the world, that's right the WORLD.

We are the Champions! (Almost…)

A few months ago, Pure Vision submitted some client work for consideration in the Design Edge Canada Regional Reggie Awards. At the end of March, the Design Edge website stated that all work had been judged and that the results would be posted soon. I've turned into an OCD madwoman going onto Design Edge every few days, hoping that Pure Vision would be listed as a finalist.
